1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site and our services.

2. SERVICES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Boldlabs Studio provides custom WordPress/WooCommerce websites, coded React/Vite landing pages, Shopify e-commerce setups, AI automation pipelines, and whitelabel engineering services for agencies. Monthly subscription care is month-to-month, meaning you can pause or cancel at any time by notifying us before the start of the next billing cycle.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Upon full payment of all fees due, client owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to the custom website design and copy developed specifically for the client's project. Base frameworks, pre-existing libraries, starter kits, and third-party tools remain under the ownership of their respective owners.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Boldlabs Studio, Bhuvanesh, or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the websites, server downtime, third-party plugin outages, or automation errors.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in those locations.
